At Alpine Paws, we design thoughtfully made products intended for everyday life with dogs — from muddy walks and car journeys to cosy evenings at home. Our products are created with durability and practicality in mind, but it’s important to understand their intended use and care.
Product Use & Supervision
All Alpine Paws products are designed for responsible pet ownership and should be used as intended.
- Supervision: Our products are not toys and should be used under appropriate supervision, particularly around dogs that chew or engage in destructive behaviours.
- Suitability: It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure each product is suitable for their individual dog, environment, and use.
- Not Chew-Proof: No textile or accessory we sell is indestructible or chew-proof.
Wear, Tear & Longevity
Dogs and outdoor use naturally place stress on products over time.
- Normal wear and tear is expected and is not considered a fault.
- Products should be regularly inspected for signs of damage and discontinued if compromised.
- Damage caused by chewing, biting, pulling, scratching, misuse, or neglect is not covered under warranty.
Material & Product Variations
- Fabric & Colour: Due to the nature of woven textiles and small-batch production, slight variations in colour, texture, or pattern placement may occur. These variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process.
- Fibre Content: Fibre composition is stated on product labels and listings and should be reviewed prior to purchase.
- Measurements: Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.
Care & Washing
Proper care helps extend the life of your Alpine Paws products.
- Always follow the care label instructions provided with your item.
- Machine washing should be done on a cold, gentle cycle using a mild detergent.
- Avoid tumble drying, ironing, bleaching, or dry cleaning unless stated otherwise.
- Excessive washing or exposure to high heat may reduce product lifespan.
We cannot guarantee outcomes across all washing machines, detergents, or household conditions.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Alpine Paws is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Owners are responsible for assessing ongoing suitability of products for their dog.
This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. From there, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days via Royal Mail or Evri.
Where do you ship to?
Right now we ship within the UK and are trialling Canada. If you're outside the UK and interested, let us know — we’re working on it!
Can I wash the travel mat and fleece blanket?
Yes! Both are machine washable.
We recommend washing them on a cold cycle (30°C or below) with a gentle detergent. Let them air dry flat or hang them to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach, as this can damage the materials and affect their shape. We also suggest avoiding fabric softener, especially on the mat, as it can reduce performance over time. For small spills or dirt, a quick spot clean between washes works well too.
Can I return my order?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Just drop us an email to get started.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do! You can find these available in our Shop section. Please note these are not physical cards (yet!) and will be delivered to the recipient by email. Gift vouchers have no expiry.
