Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains how to request a cancellation.

Cancelling an order before dispatch

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@alpinepaws.co.uk with your order number.

We will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will normally be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it before delivery. In this situation, you can exercise your statutory cancellation rights in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Your statutory cancellation rights

When you purchase goods from us online, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

You then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us that you wish to cancel.

Some products are excluded from the statutory cancellation right, including certain personalised or customised products. Where an exception applies, this will be made clear to you before you purchase.

Pre-orders

From time to time, Alpine Paws may offer products for pre-order.

Where a product is offered for pre-order, the expected availability or dispatch timeframe will be stated on the product page or at checkout.

If you place a pre-order and subsequently wish to cancel it before it has been dispatched, please contact us at info@alpinepaws.co.uk.

Where applicable, your statutory cancellation rights continue to apply to pre-orders.

If a pre-order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returning the product and requesting a refund.

Subscriptions and Try Before You Buy

We do not currently offer subscription products or Try Before You Buy purchases.

If these services are introduced in the future, we will update this policy with the relevant terms before they become available.
