How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.
Once dispatched, your order is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–4 working days across the UK.
Please note — the 48 hours refers to Royal Mail’s delivery time after dispatch, not from the time your order is placed.
International orders usually arrive within 3–18 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily pause shipping to the US due to changes and uncertainty around customs and duties. We hope to reinstate this as more information becomes available.
Please note: customers outside the UK may be charged local taxes or import fees on delivery. Refusal to pay these may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed, in which cases we cannot offer a refund.
Where is my order?
We use tracked delivery for all orders to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email,so keep an eye on your inbox (and check your spam folder just in case).
All our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, and you can use your tracking number to check the progress of your parcel on the Royal Mail tracking page.
If you haven’t received your tracking email or have any issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I return my order?
Yes - we accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Just drop us an email to get started.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do! You can find these available in our Shop section. Please note these are not physical cards (yet!) and will be delivered to the recipient by email. Gift vouchers have no expiry.
How do I apply my discount?
You can apply your discount code at checkout. Enter it in the “Discount code” box before completing your order -the total will update automatically if the code is valid.
Please note: discount codes can’t be combined and don’t apply to new-in items unless stated otherwise.
