We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, and Royal Mail usually delivers within 2–4 working days in the UK. International orders take 3–18 business days, depending on destination

At the moment, we don’t offer shipping to EU countries. This is due to recent changes in EU product regulations (GSPR) that require specific safety compliance, labelling, and an EU-based representative — even for small UK businesses like ours.

We’re a brand new, very small team and want to make sure everything we do is fully above board. We’re currently looking into the best way to meet these new requirements and hope to offer EU shipping as soon as we can do so responsibly.

In the meantime, we’re still shipping to the UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and a few other selected countries. If you're based in the EU and hoping to order, we really appreciate your patience — we’re working on it.

Please note: customers outside the UK may be charged local taxes or import fees on delivery

We use tracked delivery for all orders to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email,so keep an eye on your inbox (and check your spam folder just in case).

All our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, and you can use your tracking number to check the progress of your parcel on the Royal Mail tracking page.

Travel Mats & Blankets
Our travel mats and blankets are machine washable. For best results, wash them on a cold, gentle cycle (30°C or below) using a mild detergent. Allow them to air dry flat or hang to dry naturally.

Do not tumble dry, iron, or use bleach, as this may damage the materials or alter their shape. We also recommend skipping fabric softener - particularly for the mats, as it can reduce their performance over time.

‘On The Go’ Travel Bottle
Your travel bottle is made from vacuum-insulated stainless steel to keep drinks hot or cold for hours.

Wash before first use and before storage. Hand wash only. Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher.

Warning: Always use extreme care when handling hot appliances.

Yes - we accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Just drop us an email to get started.

We do! You can find these available in our Shop section. Please note these are not physical cards (yet!) and will be delivered to the recipient by email. Gift vouchers have no expiry.
