FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.
Once dispatched, your order is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–4 working days across the UK.
Please note delivery time is estimated after dispatch, not from the time your order is placed.
International orders usually arrive within 3–18 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK and a selection of international locations. Use our "country selector" found at the top and bottom of of website to view the full list and shop in your own currency.
Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily pause shipping to the US due to changes and uncertainty around customs and duties. We hope to reinstate this as more information becomes available.
Please note: customers outside the UK may be charged local taxes or import fees on delivery. Refusal to pay these may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed, in which cases we cannot offer a refund.
Where is my order?
All orders are sent with tracking (some exceptions apply), to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so keep an eye on your inbox (and check your spam folder just in case).
All our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, and you can use your tracking number to check the progress of your parcel on the Royal Mail tracking page.
If you haven’t received your tracking email or have any issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
How can I clean my product?
You can find all care details on our product pages.
Can I return my order?
Yes - we accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Just drop us an email to get started.
I received a Royal Mail surcharge – what should I do?
On rare occasions, Royal Mail may apply a surcharge to a parcel in error. If this happens, Royal Mail will usually issue a fee to pay card.
If you’ve been asked to pay a surcharge, please contact us and provide the following so we can assist:
- A clear photo of the Royal Mail fee to pay card or notification
- The amount charged
- Your order number
- Once your order arrives, a clear photo of the full outer packaging, including any labels or stickers applied by Royal Mail.
Once we’ve received all the relevant details, we’ll be able to refund any surcharge that has been applied incorrectly.
Please note that we’re unable to issue a refund for surcharges where the required information hasn’t been provided, as Royal Mail will not process claims without this evidence.
If you’re unsure how to proceed or have any questions, feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
