Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage until your return, exchange, or refund has been completed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Once the original item has been received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and put things right.

Non-returnable items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, or items that have been used, worn, or returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.

European Union

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

How to start a return or exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email info@alpinepaws.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

We will confirm the return address and provide any further instructions required.
