Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak times, please allow a few extra days for dispatch.


UK Shipping

We offer free standard tracked shipping across the UK for orders over £50.

Standard shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
  • Shipping rate: from £1.39

Royal Mail 24 hour tracked shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
  • Shipping rate: £4.80

International Shipping

We currently ship to a range of international locations. You can use our currency selector to shop in your local currency.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–18 business days (varies by country)
  • Shipping rate: Calculated at checkout

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.

Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds in such cases. 


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. Once your parcel is with the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs, carrier delays, weather, etc).

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the courier, but we will always assist in resolving the issue where possible.


Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Order Amendments

If you need to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. However, once an order has been processed or dispatched, we’re unable to amend or cancel it.

 

If your order has already been shipped, it will need to be delivered and then returned to us in accordance with our Refund Policy.

For international orders, please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees (if applicable) remain the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these may result in parcels being destroyed and we cannot offer refunds in these instances.
  • These charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
