The Alpine Adventure Harness combines a secure four-point adjustable fit with strength-tested construction and thoughtful features for hiking, travel and everyday adventures. Two reinforced handles provide extra control when you need it, while three zip pockets keep treats and small essentials close at hand. Reflective trim improves visibility in low light, and dual patch panels let every adventure tell its own story.

Handwash with mild detergent. Machine-washing is not suggested. Do not tumble dry or bleach. Air dry only.
No harness is indestructible. Always check your dog's harness regularly for signs of wear and tear. Always ensure it is properly fitted and in good condition before use.

Measure your dog's neck and chest, then compare their measurements with the size guide.

If your dog falls between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing down. Our harness has a generous adjustment range, and we've found this tends to provide the best fit for dogs between sizes.

Patch System

Dedicated space for iron-on or sew-on patches. A place name, a trail badge, a memory to keep. It builds up over time into something that's genuinely yours.

Two integrated velcro panels, one on each side, allow you to easily attach and swap hook-and-loop patches. Perfect for ID, training, morale, or any other velcro-backed patch.

Is this right for my dog?

Different harness styles suit different shapes, proportions, and breeds of dog. The Alpine Adventure Harness is a vest-style harness designed for medium to large breeds, including retrievers, shepherds, collies, spaniels, and mountain dogs. Due to its shape and fit, it may not be suitable for deep-chested breeds such as sighthounds, short-necked breeds, long-bodied breeds such as dachshunds, or very small dogs. Bear has gone through so many harnesses it’s kind of embarrassing. Most of them dig into his shoulders, slide around the second he moves, or just look like they were made for a much smaller dog. This one actually fixed all of that.
The fit is really good. It sits high and secure on his chest without restricting how he moves or rubbing under his arms, even on longer hikes. The padding is solid without feeling bulky, and the straps adjust easily so we can get it dialed in whether he’s in full coat or shedding. We don’t have to keep stopping to fix it mid-walk anymore.
The quality feels amazing. The fabric seems tough enough for real outdoor use, the hardware is solid, and there are different attachment points depending on whether we’re just walking or doing more structured training. The Velcro panel is a nice touch, we’ve stuck a few patches on it and it still looks intentional instead of messy.
It also looks good. The muted green works really well with his tri-color coat and doesn’t feel overly tactical for everyday walks. He clearly likes it, the second it goes on he gets so excited and is ready to go.
If you’re looking for a harness that stays put on a big fluffy dog, feels comfortable, holds up outside, and still looks absolutely stellar in photos, this one’s worth it. We really love it.
